Close.... Tammy, the Staffie, produced a couple of land mines during the night and the explosive sound of the last one woke me up, as did the smell a split second afterwards. That was at 04:40, so I got up, cleaned the mess, cursed her and threw her outside, made coffee, and came here because there was no way I could fall asleep again. Wasn't going to log in and post, but eventually I caved inScooter wrote:Did you wet the bed F_DFamily_Dog wrote:Howdy!

Re: Late night/early morning crew
No Johan, I don't get babelas .... cause I don't get dronk. Not teatotal, but a moderate and occasional part-taker of alcoholic beverages. Saturdays are supposed to leisurely for me, so I only climbed out of the feathers at ± 7.30 this morning. Had some chores to do about the house and garden, attended to dogs and puppies, watched a bit of rugby and just logged on a while ago.So waar is al julle "naguile" nou? Lê en slaap die babelas af
So what were you dreaming about while I was busy?

Once again the neighbour's dogs woke me up. So I developed a feeling for a cuppa Jacobs. Cassie, remember to measure the TOYOTA letters for me, measure the "T", the "O" and maybe the "Y" & "A" as well.

The work UTR'ed my machine last month so now I am waiting for a new one. UTR is the PC term for FUBAR it means uneconomical to repair, but I say it is fouled up beyond any repair.Mud Dog wrote:Must be in cahoots with Ben's laptop ...My ADSL is sooooooooo slow tonight

Re: Late night/early morning crew
Sad thing is I tried to get back to sleep, didn't work. On second cup of coffee now, so sleep is never going to happen. Those dogs cut into three hours of sleep for me :)

Re: Late night/early morning crew
The weird thing there by me is if I go to bed anytime before 22:00 at night, I get very little sleep. But if I go to sleep from 22:00 onwards I can sleep right through. It's as if Danika just knows when to be difficult So basically for the last 3 years I've had a max of 6 hours sleep a night and as little as 1 hour

Re: Late night/early morning crew
I normally hit the sack at about 10:30, but then I start on the Sudoku puzzles in the newspapers (3 puzzles, 2 papers). So I seldom fall asleep much before midnight.
"Hello everybody, my name is F_D and I'm addicted to SUDOKU"!
So I don't really like getting up so early, 7:20 is my normal time but that never seems to happen anymore, courtesy of the neighbours

I hope you guys appreciate that I've been sitting up and keeping watch over the forum since about midnight while you are all sleeping :!: ..... and not even a word of thanks :!: ..... so I've decided to pack it in and go push some zzz's since Eric's dog problem will result in him coming online in about 5 mins and taking over from me.

Re: Late night/early morning crew
Dunno if it was Eric's or my dogs that woke me, but I was showered and dressed and at the polling booths just before 8am. Looks like Eric's dogs woke the whole district because there was such a queue already .
I just turned about and came home. Will try later. :problem:
