V8 in a FJ62 Land Cruiser

Has anybody any experience in putting a V8 into a 1989 FJ62 Land Cruiser?
I am looking at the 1UR and 2UZ engines. Could these be put into a FJ62?
Currently the vehicle has a 2H engine with 5 speed manual box.
