Even though the Sharks (deservedly) won... I was terribly disappointed with the performs of 3 key Stormers, Peter Grant... dropped crucial high balls, looked aimless on attack... Duvenage... also took way to long to clear the ruck ball, and when he did he often went the wrong way... poor decision making, once he was subbed things went so much better... and Joe Pietersen... also dropped high balls(leading to Ludeke's try, by the way I like Ludeke) and poor tactical kicking put the team on the back foot way too often, again after he was subbed things went better. Yes the ref made a few blunders, but he did not sway the game(bar the knock on that led to Joe's try)!

All in all the Stormers defensive game pattern backfired on them in this game, once the Sharks had their noses in front, we battled to string together decent multi-phased attacks, cause we didn't focus enough on penetrative attacks during training!

Well done Sharks... you did your homework... now bring the Cup home!
