Namibia/Botswana planning-Advice needed on places to see

Need some information for an upcoming trip or have questions about a camping site, etc, ask it here.

Namibia/Botswana planning-Advice needed on places to see

Hi there all
So me and SWAMBO are planning a 2 week holiday through Namibia and Botswana in May 2014. We stay near Rustenburg, North West Province. We are planning to mostly sleep over in our RTT along the way. We always holiday in Mozambique but with things a bit tense there at the moment we decided to visit different countries.
We do not have a lot of knowledge of these countries so would like your advice on planning a trip.
What do you reckon are must see places/areas in Namibia and Botswana?
Please bear in mind when you advise on campsites SWAMBO would prefer decent ablution facilities when we sleep over.
