I was invited to a game reserve the past weekend and I took my multirotor with and I took some amazing videos.

Pity it's so far away from the subject matter. It seems they get spooked and move off every time that thing comes anywhere near. Is it really that noisy?

It was about 15 meters and these animal has great hearing I recon if you go about 100m they will not hear anything.

But then you sit with the problem that the gopro do not see in that detail.

Very nice, Christiaan! Sort of thing I'd have loved to do if I could get over my phobia concerning heights. A bit worrying at the end though, sounded like the engine was straining a bit - that is when I would be scared out of my wits :)

I have goggles that lets you see out from the multirotor while standing on the ground and control it. The motors sound that way because it moves at around 10 000 rpm with a 10" blade attached to it.
