Ek het gewere wat jy verkeerd laai om dit reg te doen en ook reg laai om dit verkeerd te doen.

ish nous ek heel deurmekaar. Ek het ook een van daai voorlaaiers en geniet hom baie.

Currently in the safe:
Kodiak Express .58
Lyman Great Plains Hunter .54
Lyman Trade Rifle .50 (heavily modified and customized)
Original 1738 Sporting Flintlock Musket in 9ga
Original 1788, converted to percussion Musket in 12ga

That has passed through the safe the past 6 years.... too many to mention, but a few muzzle loading shotguns, a Whitworth, an Enfield 1838, few Ardesa's and some pistols and revolvers.

Some heavy calibre stuff you got there!

Heinrich, with all the red tape these days, the fun seems to have dissipated .... I stopped collecting in the mid to late '80s when the 12 gun ruling was introduced. I was'nt prepared to jump through hoops for an exemption, but they allowed me to keep what I already had. I was however still enthusiastic and had regular black powder events. I still collected 'edged' weapons for a while, but then family priorities took over.
I should really start offloading some of the stuff. I was hoping that all black powder stuff was going to be de-regulated, but that does'nt seem to be on the cards.

Swords, bayonets, sword-bayonets, sabres, rapiers, etc.

My stuff (what's left of it) is mostly historical military but there are a few things like switchblades, stilettos, hunting knives and so on.

Currently having an 8br Sporting style flintlock built.

I was fortunate enough to visit a "facility" in Toledo, Spain in the 90's; it was an awesome experience and although I brought a few items back, I wished for the money and space to bring the whole factory's stock back. It was absolutely magnificent!

I've been to Italy twice and each time came to within 190km of Brescia to visit all the gun manufacturers in that valley. But I'll still get there. I just must see them at work. :-)

The Itallian WW1 officer's sidearm I mentioned (1 x .42 Clisenti revolver. (WW1 officer's sidearm)) was made in Brescia. Pretty much hand crafted, I believe.

Brescia is the "heart" of the Italian firearms industry I have been made to believe.
