eish, just makes one want to spit fire.

hope he gets in back in good condition.

But that does beg the question, does he want it back. Especially a turbo diesel. Chances are it was driven like bat out of hell. And who knows what kind of damage that did to the engine.

Yes vehicle might be still driving when you get it back, but a month later, turbo packs up, injectors fail, engine falls apart.

At R150K for a new engine, do you really want it back, with that in the back of your mind all the time?

Seems to be a hot spot.... a few reports from Toyota being taken at Cresta mall. Under cover parking or not.

Parked at Melrose Arch earlier this week, get back after finishing my meeting to find my Hilux Vigo DC with a wheel lock on and a letter in the door telling me I have been fined R250 for illegally parking. I am not illegally parked and I head to the security office ready for a fight . Find the manager who is very apologetic and reassures me I am not illegally parked - his story is they noticed some unsavory characters circling the part of the parking lot where my Hilux was parked and worried that it was their target....so they clamped my wheel to be safe! I was annoyed that they clamped it, but a lot less annoyed than getting back and finding the double cab gone....
