cost to do 2jzgte conversion on my 2000 hi-lux tecoma diesel

hi guys i just wana knw if any1 would be able to tell me what the cost would be to do the conversion from my 2400 diesel to a 2jzgte and what all i would have to replace and what other accessories would be needed to do it. :
