Back seat mod for double cab

Hi guys , has anyone done a modification on their double cab Hilux Revo backseat to enable you to put stuff behind there ? Please add pictures. Thanks.

Hi.
My friend did this on his van, What he did was cut off about 10mm" he used the wearing marks on the bracket as a guide and travel " off from the bracket that hooks and slides up and down on the back rest when you lift the bench.
So now when you lift the bench and the back seat slides up it unhooks itself and you can use the storage space behind the seat. He did have to unbolt the seats originally to get access to the sliding hooks.

Remove the seat and cut the hook off at 40mm as pictured. When I did mine I cut it on an angle so it would be guided back into position.

This is not for the new revo. Only the vigo model can be modded easily
