This one goes out to the wheel alignment fundi's.
Is there an easy way to (accurately)check the front wheel toe setting against spec on the SFA Hilux at home?
If I recall, the manual says 4mm +or- 1mm at center of tread

Re: Checking the toe-in of an SFA Hilux?
It's normally about 1° toe in, but honestly, it's much better to have it professionally checked .... I wouldn't like to trust the accuracy of a tread pattern ... maybe just to get it more or less right if you've had things apart, so that you can drive it to an alignment centre.
Did you whack it out on a rock or something?

Re: Checking the toe-in of an SFA Hilux?
I haven't checked the alignment since I put the front axle back in after the overhaul. After 300km or so since October to now it looks to me like the outside shoulder of the front tyre is scuffing a bit. Best I get it checked then...
