The NL system is good, I have one and even though I got a faulty solenoid, I am very happy with it (when the alternator works  see this topic viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1371 and viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1792

As for the other systems, I had a look at the PLan My power units, they seem to be decent but I dont know if it worth the extra couple of grand you pay and they say that their system doesnt work as well unless you buy one of their new alternators. They offer a regulator and a control box (R3400) and one of their alternators (R3500) and a battery monitor (R6000).

So by the prices here you can see that the National Lune is well worth the money.
