Can anyone please tell me on what mileage is the timing belt due for replacement on a 2008 3,0 D4d 4x4?

Depends on how your belts looks...but I'll say about every 80k-90k's

on 150k your light will come on "T-Belt". just did mine

Thanks, Mine stand at 218 000km's, should I wait until the light comes on and then replace it?

Jacques if was never replaced before I would do it now
You can also look in your service book, in some of them it states exactly what must be done at what service

The Service interval is every 120 000 kilometers.
