hi guys... does anyone know if a 2013 hilux dash will fit in a 1990 hilux ?

Make a cardboard template of the 2013 model dash area that gives the width and curvature at the windshield, then check it against yours to see where the problem areas are. If you're handy and creative you can often make it work.
