Re: glow plugs

In fact, ek's so gewoond daaraan, ek wag selfs vir my vrou se Tazz se glowplugs....
I feel a lot less wise at 45 than I did at 15.

Re: glow plugs
Gebruik n NGK part no:Y701J glowplug.

Re: glow plugs
Guys I also have a colt 2.8 and I am also going through glow plugs. I do believe that part of my problem is that I am using the cheap and nasty replacement one. I did however use the OEM ones which are very expensive but did not notice a differance that warrented the extra hard earned cash.
I also believe that another factor that might have an effect is how cold it is and where the bakkie is parked. In my case I am in the Bethal district and the bakkie is parked outside and not in a garage. Very cold in winter and hard starting in the morning.
On the other side of the coin I have another diesel bakkie which is treated the same and I have never replaced the glow plugs. Will not mention the brand as I dont want this to become brand bashing
I will watch this thread
