Where to service "Gem" in Windhoek?

Hi All
Does anyone know of a good place I can service my KZTE in Windhoek. We are midway in our trip and have done 5000km since last service and I would like to change oil and filter, air filter, check diff oils and set handbrake. I could just buy the parts at a spares shop, but changing the oil and getting rid of old oil is not something I wish to do along the road.
The first part of the trip was hard 4x4 driving , so that's the reason I want to do an oil change before heading on down to the coast and then back to CT, still 2 weeks of driving.
I would appreciate any help.
