Relay? :think:
Alternatively on the transfer case there has to be a switch which supplies power to the actuator when activating 4x4

The KZ has an electric locker (actuator motor at the diff). ;-)
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.

Ek is nie seker van die KZTE nie maar met die D4D kan jy net die "difflock" in "low range" gebruik. Die ander manne het goeie voorstelle hier gegee.

The KZ's diff lock will also only kick in when in low range. Jan see if you do this mod if it is still not working:
http://www.hilux4x4.co.za/hilux-diff-lock-mod/index.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The mod at link below enable the diff lock to be activated even in high range.
