KZ SAC Inter cooler

Post by george »

Is here anybody on the forum that have a SAC IC which fit where your bashplate is. I manage to find one and busy installing it.
My only concern so far is that the one pipe rubs against the steering shaft.
I would really appreciate if someone can share pics of where the pipes go. :sos: :beg:

I will try and post pics tomorrow you must also check the clearance on the bottom tank of the radiator. Mine rubbed against the bash plate right at the drain plug on the radiator.

Ek sal rerig foto's wardeer.

Nuwe boost pyp los R850 direk by Dastek Power.

Rubber sal al my probleme oplos.

Ok so today I started putting everything back again.I started removing the steel original steel pipe from the Turbo to the throttle body.
The I realised I do not have the correct bolt to mount the new intake.2 Of the originals is way to long.I guess I will have to get them from Toyota. I presume you can not use normal M8 bolts?

Koop volgende keer 'n Z257. Hy pas baie beter.

Here is the scary part.My lack of mechanical knowledge will be revealed

Since I have gone the mechanical pump route.Do I actually need the throttle body?

I have read a few other threads and most people remove the butterflies inside the TB for better airflow.

Blykbaar ruk ruk hy bietjie as jy hom sonder die butterfly stop.
