89 4runner aisin retrofit on 4y help please

Hello I have an 89 4runner with a Nikki
Carb on a 4y. The carb has been rebuilt yet still runs like a limp dog, if it decides to run at all. I have been informed bolting on an aisin from a previous gen will solve this (and is the easier carb to maintain) but I have to chop and change wiring (round square plug).I got ahold of an aisin, Any chance of help with the wiring for this????
