2000 2700i Raider ABS light

Can you please help, my ABS light came on over the weekend. as coincidence would have it my battery also went to STILFONTEIN. NOW i want to know could the pap battery have casued this?? as now it has not come on again?? or if not why would it come on like 2 / 3 times( i switche vehicle off and restarted it, then it was fine.) is it to do with the brake discs thickness? brake pads being finished? or is it just a faulty sensor/wire that come right as it has not come on again??

The ABS system must get 12volt or it wil give a trouble code for "low or high battery voltage"

i also had ABS light incident while on holiday recently when i tried to climb that hill of death.
difflock was on, and was pushing d4d a bit harder then i would have liked.
while difflock was on, ABS light came on ? not sure if it remains on or flickered, but either way, not sure why it would go on in this case ???

The ABS light will be on when the D4D is in low range with difflock engaged. Remember when the diff lock is engaged there is no difference in the wheel speed at the back and if one of the wheels slides on loose rocks or gravel that will cause mayhem in the ABS ecu . It is normal for the ABS to be disabled when 4L is engaged
