Why are these topics Locked?

I locked these topics so that we cannot discuss them. The idea is to have an easy reference for downloading articles. If they become clattered with hundreds of posts it becomes difficult to find the download link you need. If you do want to discuss one of these topics, please open a new topic under the "Technical Discussions" section.
