SFA Hilux pulling towards one side

Before you resort to "tricks", check the following:
Check the tyres for uneven wear or "wedging", swap the two front tyres, check the pressures.
Check basic alignment and tow.
The front ride height shouldn't differ more than 30mm left to right.
Check all the joints, couplings, u bolts and bushes.
Loosen one side of the steering shock, it should have the same immediate resistance both ways.
The 4 swivel bearings gets wear "dents" and tries to keep the wheels in one position, you have to remove them for inspection.
If all the above fails, take a piece of flat bar 60mm wide, drill a hole for the centre bolt, fit it on top of the left spring perch and move the axle 5 to 10mm forward, tighten the u bolts, drive it carefully to check it, then weld the flat bar onto the diff.

Note: All SFA Hiluxes will pull under braking as the nose dips, because of the angle of the short link between the steering box and the "horseshoe arm" raising the suspension makes it worse, this you'll have to live with unless you want to do a "crossover" conversion, but this is another story.

Hope this helps.
