Is there somebody out there that can help me,plans materials etc.
Of is ek besig om my tyd te mors en ek moet iets anders kry om my na ure besig te hou.

Elvy hoe groot moet hy wees? 1 of 2 deure? Dis nie moeilik om te bou nie, veral as jy al bietjie met F/G gewerk het..

Omtrent die groote van die ou steelbelt Colemans.Kan ek egter met polystyrene werk met resin,gaan die hom nie vreet nie?Het fg ondervinding met bote(ook nie te veel nie.)

Jy sal eers die polystrene moet bedek met iets al gedink `n water basis verf of hout gom dalk. Ek het egter eers die boks gebou en na die tyd foam ingespuit.

How to make quick moulds.
Find two boxes that fit into each other that leave about a 30mm gap between the sides and the bottom.
Use the big box for your outer skin. Mould your glass fibre in the inside of the box. You can get gel coat and a releasing agent from your hardware store.
Use the small box for the inner lining. Mould your glass fibre on the outside of the box that will give a clean finish in the inside.
You can use polystyrene between the layers for insulation.
Make the lid out of a piece of marine ply +- 10mm thick. make an internal frame that sits in the inner skin for a better seal.
You can put a piece of polystyrene in this lid for insulation.
Alot of pt though. Cooler boxes are quite cheap.
