DIY RTT

Post by IISARGE »

Hi, last year I decided to build my own RTT!
Here are some pics of the process, as promised.
Total cost was approx. R4500.00, material, ripstop canvas, frame, mounting brackets.
Brackets:
Picture 579 (Medium).jpg
Picture 582 (Medium).jpg
Picture 498 (Medium).jpg
Frame:

Picture 501 (Medium).jpg
Final product:
SAM_0342 (Medium).JPG
SAM_0344 (Medium).JPG
SAM_0350 (Medium).JPG
SAM_0349 (Medium).JPG
What still needs to be done is a fly sheet waterproof cover for shade :dance1: :dance1: :dance1:

Well done! looks pretty good! What kind of weatherproof bag / cover did you make to stow it? A pic or two with it folded up would be great. ;-)
