bobbejaanskloof trail?

Post by Sven »

hi all, has anyone done bobejaanskloof trail before(think its in lesotho), i think thats the name. heard its pretty rough and exactly the thing our hilux's were built for. would one go solo on the trail or strictly in a group?
just thought i would like to do a technical route and not just sand and mud that im used to.

Hi Sven, did Bobbejaans last year. Yip 2 days of rocks, rocks and more rocks.

Was a nice experience took us 2 days and then the most beautiful waterfall to end the trip.

Did it in my '98 2.4 Lux and my mate with his Cruiser.

If you want I will send some pic's

The young locals gather in their numbers and walk the route beside you, however you can't out-ride them due to the obsticals and many, many rocks in the road. I mean huge bolders over 1m in diameter!
