26 November...4x4 Funday at Laerskool Vaalrivier....

[THROTTLE-BOY]

This is always a fun place to ride.....and being a funday arranged by Megaworld Vaal.....It's going to be great !!! There will be 2 different routes at each obsticle and you can choose the line you wish to take....this will be a personal challenge for you and your Rig. The aim in the end is to have fun a day out with your family ,friends and 4x4.Megaworld will be overseeing the recoveries and marshaling for the day as well.
To get every-one in the mood the day will start with a time-trial course that puts you and your 4x4 up against the clock.
Megaworld Vaal will be bringing their RTI ramp with that day so we can get the RTI King of the day as well....
The obsticles are mild to challenging depending on the line you decide to take and theres usually a mud hole or 2 for some added enjoyment and crowd pleasing....

Venue: Laerskool Vaalrivier.....just outside of Vanderbijlpark on the Barrage
road

Entrance fee: R 10-00 per person
R 100-00 per 4x4
I drive a Hilux and never get lost so I don't own a GPS ..... I have some friends with Jeeps and GPS's so I'll get the co-ordinates and post them!

Hey Hansie I hope Your RTI ramp is higher than the on at the Extreme outdoor show ! We need at least another meter higher or else No7 may just fall off the end and scratch a sticker !!

Went out to the track today so WE could get the time trial and obsticles sorted out.....What a blast the time trial will make Ken Block Naaaar!!!.Its nice and tight and you need to keep your nose straight comming out of the turns as the track is dry....Tokyo Drifting !!!
The various obsticles will be fun and challenging fo all ....

Thanx to Megaworld and all involved as the funday was a great success....everybody had fun and the prizes were plenty. Hansie You'll have to post some pics....RTI ramp had a lot of Rigs up it as well for the day.....Still need a higher one for next event !!!
