Helo boys and girls!!

The next 4x4 fun day will be held at Hennops Offroad Trail.

This is a nice and rustige trail with an escape route at every obstacle, so newbies and experts ALL WELCOME!!!

Depending on what the guys feel like we can do the more technical Klipdrift route or just the normal route... or BOTH!!!

There are braai facilities so bring along the family, some drinks and meat for after the trail and we can enjoy a lovely Spring day in the company of AWESOME PEOPLE

Would love to join - who is taking their weapon/s along ? On the 2 of my last 3 visits people were hijacked on the trail !

Thats not nice to hear but was it at Hennops Pride or Hennops 4x4 trail? 2 different places next to eachother. I have heard that the problem child is Hennops Pride.

We have been to Hennops 4x4 trail a few times and have never had any problems at all and we normaly leave ther at least an hour after they close.

Also haven't heard of problems at Hennops offroad, just hi-jackings at Hennops Pride, up the road. There are usually so many vehicles at Hennops Offroad (where we are going) that I doubt whther they will take any chances.

I have not heard of any issues at Hennops 4x4 trail either. I have heard of issues at Hennops Pride, yes. Not questioning what you say Jaco, just stating what I have heard and read.

Guys, I come from Harties. I am not saying you shouldnt go, or reiterating what I heard or said. I am telling you of what I saw/experienced. It is a great venue for fun, and offers a wide variaty of obstacles to test all kinds of 4x4 skill and capabillity.

The last thing I said at Hennops 4x4 trail was :" If someone would have just told us to be alert given what happened the previous week this could have been prevented." So I just made sure you all knew before paying your dues and entering without prior knowledge.

Thanks a lot for the tip. We will most certainly keep our eyes open.

I think the idea behind all the question and comments was to ascertain which one of the 2 venues had the most reports of incidents because let’s face it, no trail out there is safe. We go out into the bush with no easy access and thus make ourselves vulnerable. I also believe that a larger crowd is less likely to be a target than small groups. That being said we must never let our guard down.

So are you going to join us? Always nice to meet the crowd.

This is going to be an awsum day to remember.....

Guys I WILL need help

this will be the first time out in the PRADO and i have no idea of the offroad performance yet......

I dont want to stuff it up by doing something stupid....

So I will need assistance where things get a bit sticky.....

I will make sure i have my full recovery kit with me....

Just hope i wont need it......

So if you guys prefer it I will drive at the back so I dont hold anyone up.....
If someone like Cleaner, Cassie, Jeepie etc wont mind I would like them to be just in front of me incase i need help......
