Ali3n and I will be leaving the Total Garage (-26.043711, 27.954361) on the corner of Malibongwe and Christiaan de Wet/Northumberland/Witkoppen Road (Why it has to have so many names, I don't know :P ) @ 07:00 on Saturday morning if anyone wants to join us on the drive there.

Corne - It is simply from a logistics perspective and getting 40 vehicles through a trail and obstacles without a too long backlog. It gets frustrating for the people in the back to have to wait 2-3 hours to get their turn of 5 min at an obstacle.

We have ideas on getting past this, but one was to set a limit on the amount of vehicles that we will be able to take through on the day!

Spoke the the Event Coordinators (EC's) and they have agreed to make an exception and will still allow you on the day! :D

You are in, just pitch up and be there! I will add you to the list! ;-)

Please indicate the amount of people and how many children!

Welcome aboard! Now fasten your seat belt and spin that clock!

on arrival
- indemnities to be signed by all drivers and occupants of the vehicle, we will have club branded pens on site.
- payment confirmations to be done , if you are paying in cash please have the correct denominations there . ( R220-00 please)
- sorting of vehicles in groups with respective ec's
- radios for hire to be signed for and monies paid

A COMPULSORY DRIVER BRIEFING WILL BE DONE BEFORE WE DEPART ON THE TRAIL BY MYSELF AND THE OTHER EC'S WHICH MUST BE ATTENDED BY ALL DRIVERS start at 8h45 sharp

Braai facilities .
the fires will be lit for us prior to us returning to the braai area
- there are 4 braai and grids available for us to utilize
- please bring own meat and salads as required
- please bring own tables and chairs as required
- please bring own cutlery and cups / mugs

refreshments
- please ensure you have enough refreshments ( non alcoholic)for all occupants in your vehicle on the trail
- alcoholic refreshments may be enjoyed after the trail and playing on the obstacle course is done for the day
NO 1 will be allowed back on the trail or obstacle course after consumption of alcohol
- please ensure snacks and eats for occupants on trail

Hi julle baie dankie vir n ongelowige lekker dag. Dankie vir die EC's vir die organiseering vd event. Dit was n lekker atmosfeer en kan nie wag vd volgende een nie. n Baie spesiale dankie aan al die sponsors julle en nou die koek op die kersie gesit, ja ek het dit reg gese...Dabkie Louis, Guthrie Jaco, Pieter en LA Sport. Dan laastens was great om Thinus en Manny hulle op die trail te he, dit is lekker ook om die ander klubs saam te betrek, iets wat ek gehoop het organisasies soos AAWDC veronderstel is om te doen. Weereens dankie almal.

Sal kyk of ek n paar kiekies het om op te laai.

Baie dankie aan al die EC's. En almal wat betrokke was by die reëlings en borge. Was regtig iets besonders gewees. Ek kan ook nie wag vir die volgende een nie.

A huge thank you to each and everyone who made the day so special. It was an absolute brilliant day.

Thank you Shaun, Ernst and Francisco for all the hard work and arrangements behind the scenes. It most definitely does not go unnoticed and the result was totally epic

Also thank you to the sponsors for the great prizes.
