Hi All 4x4 Enthusiasts,

Come and join in a family fun day at Rhino Park on Saturday 21 March 2009 hosted by McCarthy 4x4 Club. As in the past this day promises to bring lots of excitement to spectators (It means spectator value!!!) , so everyone is invited to come and spend the day at Rhino Park. Invite families and friends. You may forward this mail to anyone who you think may be interested.

Where is Rhino Park? - Rhino Park is situated approx. 35km East of Pretoria and 11km south of Rayton off the R515.

• DIRECTIONS TO RHINO PARK
FROM PRETORIA:
Drive on the N4 freeway direction Witbank. Take the Rayton, Cullinan, Bapsfontein off-ramp at the top of the Donkerhoek mountain. Drive through the tollgate. After the tollgate(+- 150m) turn right onto the R515 towards Bapsfontein. Drive on for approx. 4km. Turn left at the McCarthy 4x4 Club, Rhino Park signboard. Follow the signboards to the clubhouse.
FROM WITBANK:
Drive on the N4 freeway direction Pretoria. Drive through the tollgate on the N4, then take the Rayton, Cullinan, Bapsfontein off-ramp. Turn left onto the R515. Drive for approx. 3.7km. Turn left at the McCarthy 4x4 Club, Rhino Park signboard. Follow the signboards to the clubhouse.
FROM BAPSFONTEIN:
Take the R25 towards Bronkhorstpruit. Drive for approx. 15km. Turn left on the R515 towards Rayton, Cullinan. Drive 9km and turn right at the McCarthy 4x4 Club, Rhino Park signboard. Follow the signboards to the clubhouse.
What Attractions?

1. There will be a fun filled 4x4 track for those wishing to have a very enjoyable fun day. There is limited space for only 100 4x4's. If you do not wish to loose out, then you can make a pre-entry to ensure yourself a space.
2. For the smaller children there will be two jumping castles to keep them busy.
3. Sweet packets will be handed out. We will also arrange trailer rides for the children under 14yrs.
4. There will be food and drink stalls for the hungry and thirsty.
5. For the participants there will be great prizes to be won. -
6. There will be a TV, or big screen set up for those who do not wish to miss out on the rugby.
What will the charges be?
Entry Fee for participants to partake in the 4x4 event. - R250 per 4x4(Passengers will only be allowed if they can be fastened with a seat belt.
Spectators entry fee - R10 per vehicle.

Can one camp for the weekend? - Those who wish can camp in own tents, caravans, off-road trailers, rooftop tents etc. The charges to camp will be R 150 per stand for the weekend.(Friday afternoon till Sunday)


Is there Electricity? - There is no electricity for campers.

Is there Ablution Facilities? - There is a very neat ablution facility at the lapa for ladies and gents.

What can one do to participate in the 4x4 event?

NB: The deposit slip plus the entry form must then be faxed to 086 514 1274 URGENTLY. Please remember that there is limited space available, so don't delay book immediately to prevent disappointment.

Can one sponsor an obstacle? - Those who wish may sponsor an obstacle at a mere R300 per obstacle. There will be 10 obstacles. First come first serve!!!

Can one donate prizes? - Anyone who wishes may donate a prize or prizes. No matter how big or small.
