We'll have to wait until the weekend to see what the weather does.. it's looking like a spit-and-a-spot in the morning but sunny skies in the afternoon... At least we'll be able to dry out before the end of the day..

Who needs permits?? Guys speak up of forever holds your pieces??

Ek sal more-oggend met Vaatjie en met JP gesels om te hoor wie van hulle 'n permit run kan doen. Ek kan ook miskien Donderdagoggend gou ry, maar dis 'n groot miskien....

He is going to do us the favour of getting permits on Thursday. Please if you want to be in the packet,let him know and pay your dues before Thursday morning 08H00.

The procedures is as follows:

1) We need youto pat R130 into JP’s account. Details of which is below.
2) In the REFERENCE field fill in your vehicle registration nr so that JP knows which vehicle the permit is for.

Remember No permit, NO play!! You need to present your permit to the Registration person when you register for the day to get your number. We are not going to allow any of our club members to “sneak” in, use the 4th entrance or contravene the rules of the Dunes in any way, and bringing the Club into disrepute in that way.

Gysie die gazebo, banners, permitte en wat nog? en ek het palletjies by my huis wat 'n lift soek... Ons soek ook die indemnities en ander printing wat ek vir jou gestuur het, en ek sal dink en jou laat weet as ek jou weer sien..

O ja en tafels... baie tafels... daais met pote, nie die met die proppe en labels op nie..

The weathermen says that Saturday will be a fine sunny day with minimal clouds and light S/SE breeze of 3 m/s and an expected maximum temperature of 16°C. We cannot ask for more...

The time is drawing near and we almost have a full list. I have no doubt that you guys will have a LOT of fun on the day. There are a few guys behind the scenes working their backsides off organising prizes, stickers and permits and all sorts of other stuff to make the day a very enjoyable one. Thanks for all your assistance guys

Can we please ask that you pack the following for the event.
1 Hat/Sunscreen
2 Camping Chairs
3 snacks/lunch/cold drinks
4 recovery kit
5 compressor
6 PERMIT
7 camera (still and video)
8 Gazebo
9 2 small bottles of Valpre still Water or similar

We also need about 3 tables and a couple of gazebo's to make a base camp. If anybody can help out it will be great. We added R10 to the permit costs for those who get their permits thru JP to pay for some bottled water, but please bring your own if you can. It is for use in one of the challenges. We will take all the water bottles, put it in a box and hand out as it is needed, so if you filled yours with some "special" performance enhancing doepa, it will probably end up with somebody else, so you will loose out on that one.

Die hekke maak 08h00 oop, en ons wil julle so gou as moontlik op die sand he. Ek sal sorg dat iemand voor by die hek sit met die permitte van so 07h00 af, want ek wil probeer om met die support groep al teen daardie tyd in te gaan om die plek reg te kry...

Dit sal baie lekker wees as ons die event om 09h00 kan afskop..

We need a few high-visibility jackets/vests for the marshals. I have 2 which I will bring along. If you have and you dont mind us using them for the day, it will be fantastic if you can bring them along.

Ek het een van daai oop gooi toilet skerms wat ek sal saam bring en kan dalk n krat met n seat op ook bring net uitvind of ek hom mag leen .
