AAWDC Family Fun Day - 9 Nov - Zone 7

This year is the Hilux Club's turn to orginize this event.

We already booked that day at Zone 7 for this event.

We need people who can help us orginize this event. You do not have to be on the club committee, I would like to get more non committee members involved in the orginizing of this event.

Who would be willing to help.?

Thank you for everybody who volunteered to help.

I created a closed discussion thread where the "planning committee" can discuss the event. Since our club will also enter a team it would be unfair if they know what we planning, so the conspiracy team will discuss the organizing of the event behind closed curtains. I will PM each of you the link to the new thread.

Do we have a team for the Hilux Club yet?
Remember the guys on the planning committee may not participate or orginize the team.
So we need a driver team and marshal team.

8 Clubs entered of which the Hilux Club is one.

Seems like there is not enough people to make up a participating team
The club committee discussed the matter and voted that we do not enter a participating team this year

We will rather use the willing members on the day of the event since we are the organizers of the event.

We will need a Hilux at each obstacle as a recovery vehicle, so the guys who wanted to participate can help us
at the event. We will not only need recovery vehicles, we will also need more people to help us make sure that the event goes smoothly.

Ja Tiaan, gedink jy sal dit like... lank laas gesien. Hoop jy en Muis sal die dag kan maak, veral dat so baie mense jou Hilux sal ken, EN ons sal ook ekstra hande nodig he.... Weet jy werk gewoonlik Saterdae, maar maak n plan..
