First measurements and the sub frame
Door assembly is important to get it strong for gabriel gas lifts
Must use the high quality hinges for all those heavy obstacles
At rear of cab we use a sliding door, at back safety glass.
On the vehicle side open, looks like this on the inside.
On the vigo fitted with the roofrack in position.
This is how we build a Alu canopy for a vigo

Thanx

Hi
I really like your canopy.
Do you have plan of it?
What size of alloy tubes did you use?
Thx
David

You can't buy sections like that. That frame is manufactured from plate. If you really want one like that, get someone to make a CAD drawing for you and then have it laser cut and bent. But then the costs go up.
