What "wild" animals do you spot in and around your area

Spotted this chap yesterday in Plattekloof (CT) looking for a lift.

Sine I called it chap is this a male or female :?:

Also had this little birdie in the next in my garden

should not be difficult to ID :?:

While at Karee-Krans last weekend, we were all deafened by the sounds of these little buggers...........

They vibrate their wings as far as I can see to make one hell of a noise and they live under ground too.
