Nuwe Tekkies!!!

Post by OOOOMS »

So I won't bore you with the Bridgestone Mudz cr@p tyres, the salesman advised would get 60 000km minimal.......   Only 18 000km.... Never again :aggresive:

Anyway back to trusty BF's this time as the Tuna has had em on for almost 97 000km's and still 4mm thread on 'em. That suits me just down to the ground

For those my X tyres were 245 / 75 / 16 and new ones 265 / 75 / 16's.
Here is a comparison of the two wheels next to each other and have a look at the difference in seize. Quite huge
Voete 002 (Medium).jpg
Voete 002 (Medium).jpg
Rear before measured 76.3cm (before) and 78cm (after) with the BFs
Before:
Voete 003 (Medium).jpg
Front bumper from ground, before: 58.3cm and after 62cm

:cooldude:

Only the ground :mocking: :mocking: :mocking:

I do not have the little mudflaps(behind the front wheels) and with the front bumper you do not have this problem

I was wondering more about the back of the front wheel arch than the front edge .... hopefully it remains clear on articulation / braking as well.

Voorheen het my speedo so 4km/h orrgelees op 120.

Something that is puzziling me....
I have BF AT 265/75/16 on my D4D 2.5 and same on the Tuna (OOOODSs ride)
My speedo reads 100% accurate with GPS.(checked it today)

The Tuna still under reads by about 5km/h at 120 :!:

Why would that be?
