SFA is in my opinion the best looking lux of all time and the only one I think I would be interested in owning. Otherwise I think I would prefer the New Isuzu or Dare I say it the Amarok (only if I had to choose a 4x2 as a 4x4 that only runs on 50ppm in my opinion is useless.). Have a look at mine as a good example of true to the era styling. I decided not to go for the "overlanding 4x4 look.

Cameron, stem saam met jou, as mens enige hilux in sy heel oorspronklikste vorm moet vat soos hy uit die fabriek gekom het, is die SFA die mooiste.

The only reason we all like the SFA is because of the SFA. The SFA is cramped for space and if the newer hiluxes had a SFA I would have one of those.

Mark, I'm not so sure about that. I understand this thread is about "best looking", which is how I cast my vote. Don't get me wrong - I LOVE the comfort of the Vigo, but it's going to be hard to beat that rugged look of the SFA. OPINION!

Agreed the SFA is deffinitely the more rugged look and don't get me wrong I wont part with mine very easily, but space is an issue in the back seat.

I actually am not keen on the whole 4x4 thing (i mean going to a 4x4 track), but I still love my SFA, so the fact that it's got a solid front axle doesn't mean much to me other than it makes the vehicle look really cool. If for some reason on a fishing trip i need to use the 4x4 then I am glad to know it's there. I do love my low range as well. I use it often when going up a steep driveway or mounting pavements for parking :cooldude:

Dis presies hoekom ek my SFI gekoop het. My kinders moet gemaklik agter sit, dis net regverdig dat hulle in dieselfde gemak ry as ek, so kan ons die kilometers kaf draf sonder enige moeilikheid.
