Hi Robert,

I cannot comment so much for the STT, but I fitted ST's on my Lux four months ago. There was a remarkable improvement in road handling from BFG AT's and I find that my consumption improved as well. The only downside that I have with the ST's is that they are a bit noisy on tar, but for the offload capability, it's a small sacrifice.
If you still have blank pages in your passport, it's probably time for a road trip.

Both of them are realy good tyres have the STT's on my hilux done 65000km and they still look good.
BF MT are much less noisy and handle better in wet conditions to my opinion and like ooooms says +90000km, cooper rates their STT's for 80000km

Don't think you can go wrong with either ... both good off-road tyres, and yes, there's the road noise to contend with, but you get used to that quickly. ;-)
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.

That's why radios were invented. The newer models come standard with volume control too!
