Fuel price hits an all time high: $78 a barrel. “Vas byt kerels!â€
Another fuel price hike is coming. The populace howl: “Restrict them, Tax them, Ban them.â€
The time will come when we will have our “Hilux’s†mounted on the wall above an artificial fireplace; maybe sooner than we think.
Visitors on their bicycles will come to admire: “Ja, those were the days; remember that time when…………..….. !â€; others will condemn and say, “If it had not been for those beasts then ………………!â€
Enjoy em while you can; ‘the times they are a-changing’.
We are a threatened species!

Re: When Hilux's once roamed the earth
No No no no, you have got it wrong, I will build a charcoal burner on the back of my Hilux and produce my own fuel, there are other fuels available because diesel and petrol are not the only ones
1992 Slightly Modified Hilux, 2008 VW Caddy panelvan work, 2010 Isuzu 2.5 td bakkie for work, a pair of big 'balloons' as well hanging at the rear of my Hilux
