Hankook Dynapro MT VS. Maxxis Bighorn MT whats the one to go for? Hankook is about R2300.00 for the 31/10.5R15 and the Bighorn is R2000.00

I have had 2 sets of Hankooks and really think its a good tire. How does the Bighorn Compare?

Tertius got Pirelli Scorpion Muds for R1800 each, which is even better. Those Scorpions do not make too much noise and you get high mileage from them.

Johannes vd See had Hankooks on his van and did not even get 40,000km from it

Bfg's prices is a bit hectic!

I fitted Hankook Dynapro 16 265 70 AT and so far they are great. I wount be able to live with MT as I mainly do tar roads. At R2k a tire not bad compared to the General Grabber (which I was actually very happy with).

Ek het maar 'n geskatte prys gekry by Hi Q so 'n maand terug van so by die R2200.

R2200 is bietjie styf.

Bought these Westlake Muddies from a place in Van der Bijl (Reivilo) for R1045. (excl vat) per tyre. Can't wait to fit them. Apparently they are OK. Some people on the forum once mentioned they make lot less running noise than some of the famous brands i.e. BFG etc. Problem is the Pirelli Scorpions AT's I have on at the moment refuse to give up the ghost. They are unbelievable!
