Advice needed on 1999 2700i SRX DC 4x4

Post by Cheetah Drakie »

Hi Guys, need some advice from the Hilux Guru's on the forum. Starting yesterday my Hilux doesn't go into 4th gear smoothly, almost feels as if there is an impediment stopping it. It sometimes goes in, other times it scratches. All the other gears are fine. Circumventing the problem by skipping 4th, but this is obviously not ideal.

Possible cause, and who in the West Rand can sort it for me? :surrender:

Thanks guys

Peter
