Carpet protectors

Many moons ago when i bought my 2.7 , i bought a set up fitted carpet protectors for bakkie.
It was quite nice to keep sand and water out of the rug....

Is there any of those available for the d4d?

I have gone through a few sets of those that you buy at OutdoorWharehouse. Works nice enough, but it does not last.

ja, i got the last set made for the legend 35 shape.
was very good quality and nice thing was the shape made it excellent for trapping water so that you carpets stay dry.

was just hoping that maybe they made / making some for the d4d shape

Neil, what i'm looking for is more of a shaped mat. If you took it out it would actually look like the shape of the floor area... and not return to flat mat shape. Basically you feet was in a bucket.

going thru my history of emails .. i bought this floor mats from Mark (OOOOMS) back then in 2011.
trying to find thread that is was posted on... from email subject i pressume it was :

Floor Mats for 1999 - 2005 IFS Hilux R688/ set

Can't find the thread though. Just trying to find some pics of those mats. Those were perfect for me fishing activities. no more sand, mud and water in the rug. If only i could find a set for the Vigo :-)

I know mega world had a great set.. The edges are about 20mm higher than the flat base your shoes go on so no mud or water can escape onto your interior.. Think they were R400 per set a year ago.
