My wife is considering getting the Fortuner.

I am suggesting the Automatic. Are there any concerns with the automatic transmission?

Welcome Christo you'll have to wait for the wise men to answer your post in detail . I have never heard any body moan about it,though the manual is always a good choice.

Hold onto your seat theirs gonna be wisdom coming :laugh2: :laugh2:

My bakkie bly darem

Okay, so in convinced SWAMBO ( had to google this one :laugh2: ) to take the 4x4 in Auto.

Unfortunately Toyota is not very keen on discount, especially if you are trading in another vehicle

What do you guys thinks about fitting the Toyota nudge Bar and tow bar. Seems that it is cheaper to find these second hand. Will we jeopardize the warranty if we fit it afterwards?

I'm trying to convince SWAMBO to go for the replacement bulbar and at least rock sliders, but she is not keen. She is a bit of a 'par 3' ( golf slang vir 'kort gat') so she uses the steps to climb in.
