So gister middag het ek vasgetrap en die ding begin bou. :thumbup:

Sal op hoogte hou soos dit vorder.
Behoort vanmiddag klaar en op te wees. :wave:

Ek kan baie nonsens praat, die van julle wat die forum volg weet dit teen die tyd, maar ek kan ook so bietjie weld, jy moet net die pype byg... Miskien kan julle 'n bumper "kit" saamstel, sodat die manne self die goed aanmekaar swys en afwerk? :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

Jaco ek het ook die gedagte vir 'n bumper gehad, maar ek moet eerlik wees ek het gedink dit gaan simpel lyk. Nou is ek spyt ek het dit nie gedoen nie, want dit lyk flippen goed. :okay: :okay: :okay:

Ek was ook baie skepties, maar het die laaste paar dae na soortgelyke bumpers gekyk op 4wdaction.com en net daar besluit dit is wat ek wil he.

Ek is nog nie heeltemal seker wat om in die middel te doen nie.Die ckeck plaat wat nou daar sit is maar nog net 'n gedagte.So enige voorstelle sal welkom wees.Die nommer plaat gaan ook daar vas kom.

As jy die checkerplate dieselfde kleur as die bumper maak kan hy bly, maar hy moenie so erg blink nie. Ook, maak lekker groot gate in hom sodat daar kan lugvloei deur wees, en dimple hulle.. :thumbup: :thumbup:

Ons het klaar gekyk en ons gaan recovery points en hi lift points op sit onder aan.

Nie dat n hilux nou gerecover moet word nie - maar jy weet nooit jy moet dalk n landy in reverse uitsleep sodat jy kan sien dat die ou nie jou wil stamp nie :twisted:

Ons gaan kyk om in die kante plate te sit met verskillende gat grotes sal hopelik vanmiddag n foto he van dit. :clap:

Ek hou van daai Bumper idee!! Dit is baie nice. Ek hoop net daar is plek vir 'n winch bracket sommer klaar in gedesign op die unit. Sal baie beter wees as om een na die tyd te moet opsit...

Jaco ek is bly om dit te hoor.

EK wil jou uitvind of dit wel moontlik is om so klein verandering & ekstra pyp op te sit??

Die centre hoop nouer maak inlyn met die chassis cross member (so wyd soos die Alu plaat se pype) en dan nog 'n pyp soos onder die ligte, bo in lyn met die bonnet se bo rand en dan by die parklight dan die twee tubes te connect?

Sorry ek hijack nie jou link nie, maar ek gaan belis die iedee van jou bumper se kante steel en op my probeerslag toepas dit behoor tewerk lang die kante van die vat ek reeds gedoen het

ek moet net die deel van die bullbar wat onder die bakkie ingaan wat oorgebly het van my bullbar bietjie oop sny dat die hoek nie so skerp is nie dan behoort die te pas vir die bodeel.

Dis reg soos jy se.Jy sal die hoek moet verander vir die pype wat opgaan anders gaan dit lyk soos 'n Chinaman met konsterpasie.Verder lyk ju bumper lekker. :thumbup:

My hi-lift en recovery punte gaan onder op die chassis kom.Sal die week daaraan werk voor die naweek se speel in Porterville. :yahoo: :yahoo:

Ek gaan 'n versterking vir die binnehoek van die brackert hoek maa van 20x50mm wat vooruit gaan steek vir 'n recovery punt en die hi-lift punte teen die buitekant van die bracekt. Reken dit behoor sterk genoeg te wees.
