Welcome to the forum. Not only will you need longer brake lines, you will need to replace your pitman arm to handle the body lift.

Hey welcome...........

Your vehicle will become more TOP heavy which will make it less stable on the road...
You will have to watch your speed and cross winds more.....
According to some of the well educated people on this forum it will increase your fuel consumption a bit too.....

Enjoy and if you do it we want to see pics, before, during and after.....
Lots of pics on the forum and they become sooooooo helpfull to us all....

Enjoy

I'm sorry to disagree, Cassie. ;-)

The steering box is chassis mounted so a body lift won't affect pitman drag-link may however have to lengthen the steering column shaft. Other hassles include the repositioning of the radiator (dropping it) .... some wiring and cables might give you a minor problem .... fuel filler will need to be extended ... if you lift too high you may have a hassle with the gear levers.

To my mind, a body lift serves no useful purpose, unless it's done for clearance to accommodate bigger tyres or a bigger motor that doesn't fit under the bonnet .... otherwise there are more negatives than positives associated with it. ;-)
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.
