Hi Cory.
I don't know about the 2.4 but 1kzte is normal boost is around 0.45 bar
and can go up to 0.75 bar.
I'm currently running mine on 0.7 bar with no problems.
I'm sure the boost are not far apart.

Hi Cory

The calculation is 1 bar =15.503 pound/sq inch
0.7 * 15.503
=10.85lbs
Hope this help

I ran my 2.4 DT(2L2T) on .6 bar, it gave 85kw and 245nm, but i had to fit an intercooler to keep the EGT down.

The 2.5 Ford(WL) ran on .9 bar, 95KW and 300nm, with the same cooler.

Haven't dyno'd the 1KZ yet, but should do much the same as the Ford, but at lower RPM

That is up to you,
take into consideration in what condition and mileage you have on your motor.
