31 to 33.... How does this look....
So been looking at it for a while now....
So Friday when i got home from work I put the 33's onto MOFASA...
WOW what a difference....
Went out for a test drive but didn't make it out the gate....
The 33's were rubbing at half lock turn....
So Saturday morning came and the axel move started....
I followed the "Louis" steps and did the entire job on my own with a little help to refit the diff.... took me around 6 to 7 hrs....
JUST one important point is you DO need to make the propshaft longer by min 40mm, which i will be doing by means of a spacer made at work from EN19T so it will be stronger than the original propshaft material.....
That I will fit this week.....
I didn't take pics cos they would be the same as the thread from Louis....
But i did take these pics....
And im very chuffed with the entire outcome....

Looks good! Your standard 4Y is gonna battle a bit with those bigger tyres on the open road (hills and acceleration). You gonna have to EFI now!
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.
Life is like a jar of Jalapeño peppers ... what you do today, might burn your ass tomorrow.
Don't take life too seriously ..... no-one gets out alive.
It's not about waiting for storms to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.
And be yourself ..... everyone else is taken!

It looks very nice. Why not use the 31,s for daily uses and the 33,s when in the bush. Will save you a lot on your fuel bill.
