3" Suspension lift

Hi. Ek bou nou my eerste Hilux 4x4 op. Nog al lekker. Ek soek bietjie hulp. Ek wil hom so 75mm lig. Ek is op soek na n kit en dan wil ek ook net weet wat sal ek alles moet vervang of langer moet maak? :?:

50mm body with Mikem suspension, with extended shackles you could achieve that.

Goeie dag aan almal, Ek het n 50mm body lift op my sfa werk vir my baie leker met 32 bf tyres as jy die extended shackels doen kyk maar vir die langel Gabriel safari of rancho s9000 shock help met bietjie meer travel hoop jy kom reg. Dit is wel die lekerste 4x4 om op te bou :dance1:

2" op die body is perfek, moet nie baie op die suspensie lig nie, dit maak hom onstabiel. Sy neus moet ook altyd hoer as sy gat wees.

Gesien die neus is hoer. Hoe so? Ja, ek het ook gedink 75mm is bietjie baie. Jy gaan te ver val as jy uit klim en jy is nie stabiel nie. Ha Ha. Ek kan nie wag om kla te maak nie.

Probably because the rear packs are stiffer to handle a load and as such don't flex that well ... most of the flex is in the front, so if it's a little higher it can give that little bit extra flex. :think:

Have you guys ever seen those Dirt Track Racing Bakkies?.........They are all higher in front for better stability......

DON'T ask me how it works....but they hardly ever blixem over.. :wink2:

Net om seker te maak jy weet ... daai winch staan verkeerd om. As hy so staan sal jy die kabel aan die boonste kant van die katrol moet voer, wat beteken dat die kabel baie meer leverage op die mountings sal sit. Boute sal miskien kan breek. ;-)
