Kzte 2005 gauge fuse

Hello i got a 2005 kzte gauge fuse that keeps on poping ?
If tried to put off the fan and the other implements that work with it but it still pops 20 amp , the heat and ref gauges also work on that fuse , ill will put in a new fuse it will work end then suddely for no reason it will pop ?
