Ek het na 'n lank sukkel vir my heatshields in die hande gekry teen wat ek dink, 'n billike prys is.

ATS-Motorsport verkoop sheet 1mx1m vir R200 excl vat. Kan tot 1700F hanteer en kan gesny word om orals in te pas. Word gemaak van Aluminium en fibers.

Yip, I've got a mate who ended up using my leftover sheet for that very purpose Cas... After one of his passengers put a bare foot on one of the seat belt bolts and got burnt he promptly set about fastening the heatsheild to the underside of the cab. It worked a treat.

I'm not sure how long it's going to last though, the water and mud has caused it to start looking a bit tatty, but it still works!

Jip Cassie, dit gaan teen die firewall en ratkas tonnel. Ek wil dit ook gebruik in die vloer waar die exchaust gaan loop. Ons voete brand klaar met die 3RZ, so die Lexus dink ek dit kan erger wees.

Just a tip on installing:

forget glue, just use rivets with big washers - then it doesn't matter what you drive through...
