Motorhome Overheating

I had a 3c Toyota turbo Diesel installed into my L300 motorhome. We are struggling with overheating. We have replaced the radiator with a 4 core model as well as installed a large electttric fan. It appears that the problem is air flow related. Any suggestions?

I kept the viscous fan and installed the 3l turbo diesel radiator, I think it is the 3D-E engine. Also made a cal and the heating problem went away.
