Rewire With New Alarm 1997 2L-T

Hi all ppl's, I opted for an after market anti-hijack alarm to lock and immobilize the 2L-T. My problem, the old system is still in place doing just the basics with the use of the contact below the fuse box. Can I disable the ECM, using the new anti-hijack to do all, like Injector/glow-plug relay, engine and general power? What do you recommend, Mostfet's or relay's?
