Hi All
For those of you who are tempted to do a Lexus 4L V8 Conversion on your Hilux or any other vehicle for that matter , here is all the more persuasion. I attended the LA Sports Show and saw a couple of these conversion. The reason why I have such a keen interest in them is because I own a Land Cruiser 80 Series with a conversion like this.

I also had a Lexus V8 fitted, I went one step further with an AMG supercharger.

I sold it a few months ago but never had it tested.
Compared to my 6-litre Lumina it chowed the Lumina from pull-away but then 30m later the Lumina caught up because the Cruiser had the aerodynamics of a garage door ... and the muds didn't help either.

have motor (wired and started with new cam belt and plugs) with ECU, flywheel, belhousing clutch, surge tank
